I am a board-approved clinical supervisor for LMSWs working towards independent licensure. I absolutely love working with new therapists to cultivate their practice, and I encourage them to express their creative ideas and insights. Our profession is transformed by the fresh eyes and passion of new social workers. I am grateful to my early mentors who helped me discover myself as a therapist, and I hope to do the same for the people I supervise. I am also able to supervise/consult with LCSWs wanting extra support and guidance. No matter how long we have been in the field, we all have something to learn and process.
